What's Pone?  It's like nothing you've ever tasted that's

what.  The main ingredients of PONE are coconut  

and yucca (also known as cassava). 

Folks from the island of Trinidad know what this is about, but you've got to try it to introduce your palate to something new.  It will beg you for more.  We promise you can't eat just one!

What We Do

We at B-Squared bake a wonderful product from the island of Trinidad known simply as PONE (sounds like BONE, but with the letter "P").  Other Caribbean islands have their own versions. 

The uniqueness of our PONE is our secret recipe.   And, we make no apologies when we say no one else makes it this good.  It's totally sinfully delicious!

PONE is usually served in square pieces; however, we at B-Squared have taken it to another level and bake PONE also as muffins.  It's the most wonderful accompaniment to your morning coffee or tea.  Forget the donuts, rolls and bagels! PONE is the new muffin!
